What to Expect from your Fertility Acupuncture Session
Expect to be heard. I will listen to you. I want to know all about you - how you sleep, what's happening in your life, what you are eating, and how you feel.
I have worked with many women around fertility, and I am happy to report that the majority of them end up pregnant!
Prior to your appointment, you will complete a thorough intake form that will help me to identify areas that may be affecting your fertility.
Once you arrive, you will have an opportunity to speak at length about your concerns - those related to fertility, and otherwise.
You will then get on the table and I will look at your tongue, listen to your pulse, and then begin your acupuncture treatment. Most people find the session deeply relaxing.
By the end of your appointment, I will give you specific recommendations to help optimize your fertility. You will leave with a Fertility Action Plan.
