Energy Healing Session
For those who are hesitant to experience acupuncture, you can still receive the benefits of melting away stress and tension by coming in for an energetic upgrade. Cara uses a combination of Access Bars, Aromatherapy, Sound Healing, light and heat therapy, and specific touch to unlock and repattern energetic fields in the body. You may be surprised how different you feel after your very first session.
Massage
For those on a fertility journey, Cara offers Arvigo Maya Abdominal Therapy.
This specialized form of massage is done on the abdomen to improve the microcirculation in the pelvic area for the purpose of creating a healthy uterine lining. This is a great massage to receive prior to ovulation when trying to conceive (TTC).

I could not believe it when I found out I was pregnant. After four acupuncture treatments, I am pregnant without clomid or IUI. I know acupuncture helped my body be ready for this pregnancy. I can never thank Cara enough for helping to make my dream come true. We have been trying to get pregnant for almost two years after a previous miscarriage. After only 2 1/2 months of acupuncture I am expecting!
